Alden Eldredge
Alden began his practice as a commercial litigator and labor & employment attorney in 2005 after graduating from the University of Richmond School of Law. He worked at two different law firms from 2005 to 2012 and handled a wide variety of commercial litigation and employment matters in both Virginia and West Virginia.
In 2012, Alden left the Williams Mullen law firm in Richmond, Virginia to become the general counsel of Faneuil, Inc., a business process outsourcing firm located in Hampton, Virginia. From 2012 to 2020 he served in a number of different roles at Faneuil, including executive leadership roles overseeing Faneuil's human resources, benefits and recruiting team and the company's operations functions. During that period, he was responsible for negotiating Faneuil's contracts with customers, partners and vendors. This included contracts with private entities, state agencies and quasi-governmental agencies.
Alden joined a large, international business process management and technology company in 2021 and served at the Senior Vice President, Legal and Compliance for North America until he decided to open Eldredge Law Group in 2024. In that role, he was responsible for leading a team of legal and administrative professionals that negotiated the company's contracts and directed its compliance and licensing efforts.
